Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required (parts or technical environment preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or equipment-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to replacement parts via phone, email, and electronic systems.
• Identify correct parts using manuals, system data, and customer descriptions.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges in ERP or order management systems.
• Provide pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping information to customers.
• Track orders and follow up on status and delivery.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate part fulfillment.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints or order issues.
• Support continuous improvement of parts processes and customer experience.
