Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• At least 3 years of call center experience.
• Able to use and understand different computer systems.
• Strong computer skills.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Industry knowledge is a plus.
• IVR phone system experience is a plus.
• Able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming callers and book appointments for our technicians.
• Exhibits consistently professional and congenial customer service practices.
• Answer calls with urgency in a professional manner.
• Log into systems in a timely manner.
• M ake follow-up calls to customers for satisfaction.
• Check invoices to ensure proper payment and information.
• Outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
