Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a dynamic, fast-paced office in Texas. You will support customers by phone and text, enter orders, and coordinate with the Dispatch Manager and Sales team to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma and 3–5 years of related customer service experience; strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel; map literacy for Austin and surrounding areas; and the ability to

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers by phone and text messaging software, enter data into the computer system.
• Solicit future orders from customers and enter order into computer system.
• Negotiate with customers' acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.
• Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.
