Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver responsive service and support through in-depth knowledge of our products, programs and services. This position reports directly to the Dispatch Manager.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related customer service experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to read maps. You must be able to work up to 65 hours per week, including Saturdays, in an in-office

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of related customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand maps and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers by phone and text messaging software; enter data into the computer system.
• Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into the system.
• Negotiate delivery times with customers to prevent lost orders.
• Document customer complaints and route to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.
