You will coordinate with delivery professionals, review orders for quantities, delivery dates, and directions, and resolve any issues to maximize efficiency.

This fast-paced role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of customer service, and strong map-reading and communication skills. Office-based, with potential for extended hours, in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of related customer service experience or training.
• Ability to read maps and understand local area geography; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign delivery professionals to jobs and dispatch trucks to plants and sites.
• Monitor truck activity and develop schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Interact with customers, CSC, and plant personnel to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Receive customer orders by phone; confirm delivery details and quantities.
• Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work up to 65 hours per week, including Saturdays.
