Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries in the Austin area. The role involves taking customer orders, scheduling trucks, and ensuring accurate delivery information is recorded, with direct reporting to the Dispatch Manager.

The candidate should have strong customer service experience, basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years related customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assign delivery professionals to specific jobs and dispatch trucks to plants and sites.
• Monitor truck activity and develop schedules to maintain timely deliveries.
• Interact daily with customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Receive customer orders over the phone and review details for accuracy and timing.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Support a clean, productive work environment and seek process improvements.
