You will answer phones, take orders for ready-mixed concrete, and record delivery details accurately to ensure timely service. The role reports to the Dispatch Manager and involves coordinating drivers and plants to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; typing 25+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Assign delivery professionals to specific jobs and dispatch trucks to sites.
• Monitor truck activity via radio and GPS to maintain timely schedules.
• Interact daily with customers, delivery professionals and plant personnel to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Receive customer orders over the phone and verify delivery details for accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote a safe, clean work environment.
