Job summary

Hall’s Culligan in Morro Bay, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support over phone, text, and email. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a dealership office setting.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with potential evenings or weekends. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour plus PTO, full benefits including a 401k match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• 2+ years' experience in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively and accurately address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
• Handle both routine inquiries and complex issues with professionalism.
