Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment arrangements, and account management.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and past-due balances.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with loan applications and data entry.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
