Atlas Credit Company Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers find financial solutions while delivering exceptional service both in the office and in the field.

In this full-time role, you will build positive relationships, assist with loan applications and payments, handle calls, and maintain accurate records. Atlas Credit provides training and opportunities for growth in a friendly, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling account collections
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required for field visits
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full‑time position with 8‑hour shifts
• Primarily Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on business needs
• Availability to work the last Saturday of every month is required
• Weekday schedules and days off may be adjusted when Saturday shifts are scheduled
