You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, coordinate with inventory, and support production scheduling. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with order entry and order processing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Enter and process customer orders, purchase orders, order changes, credits, returns, and cancellations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process price quotations for standard and custom products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Coordinate with inventory and production teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Assist with customer returns and resolve order-related issues.
• Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
