Millard Lumber Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking an In Office Commercial Project Coordinator to help bring commercial construction projects from awarded plans to complete lumber packages.

You will work with sales, estimators, designers, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate materials, manage costs, and keep projects moving forward. You’ll review plans and develop accurate material lists, coordinate lumber packages, track pricing and quantities, and prepare change orders.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of estimating experience preferred.
• Three years of building materials industry experience, emphasizing estimating and project management.

• Review construction plans and develop accurate material lists for awarded commercial projects.
• Coordinate lumber packages with wall and truss designs to ensure complete, accurate packages.
• Track pricing, material quantities, and project changes while communicating cost impacts to sales and project management.
• Prepare change orders and update material lists as needed.
• Coordinate material deliveries to jobsites and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation for projects.
• Support project success by assisting with estimates and special projects.
