Home Improvement Outlet is looking for a Building Supply Sales & Project Coordinator in West Monroe, LA. This full-time role guides projects from estimate to delivery, coordinating materials, takeoffs, and contractor relationships, while maintaining pricing accuracy and showroom presentation.

You will manage the full lifecycle with contractors and sales teams, generate quotes in the ERP system, and ensure timely deliveries across appliances, lumber, and other materials.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year associate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills for quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Experience with reading construction plans and blueprints is expected.

Mansioni

• Execute material takeoffs from blueprints to ensure project accuracy.
• Coordinate phased material deliveries to keep project timelines on track.
• Manage full project lifecycle as the primary contact for contractors and sales teams.
• Generate quotes and data entries in the ERP system to streamline sales.
• Provide real-time problem solving for customers across product lines.
• Maintain showroom environment to showcase inventory and pricing.
