You’ll work with sales, estimators, wall and truss designers, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate materials, manage costs, and keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate has at least two years estimating experience and three years in building materials, emphasizing estimating and project management.

Competenze

• Two or more years estimating experience.
• Three years building materials industry experience with estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.

• Review plans and develop accurate material lists for awarded commercial projects.
• Coordinate lumber packages by aligning material requirements with wall and truss designs.
• Track costs and changes, communicating impacts to sales and PMs.
• Prepare change orders and update material lists.
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers on availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, product info, and project documentation.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and cost‑effective alternatives.
• Work with project teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Assist with estimates and special project coordination as needed.
