• Prior call center experience (B2B and B2C a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Patience and stress management.

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect or negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts and payments collected.
• Submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Comply with all federal and state rules and regulations governing collections.
