Job summary

Nelson Exteriors is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first voice homeowners hear when they contact us about exterior remodeling projects.

You will answer inbound calls, follow up on new leads from our website/ads, and set confirmed appointments for our in-home sales consultants. You’ll work from a proven script and be coached weekly by the Call Center Manager to sharpen your skills and increase earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or phone experience preferred; training provided.
• No college degree required.
• Willing to learn company systems and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners about exterior remodeling.
• Call new website and ad leads quickly to set appointments.
• Set and confirm appointments for in-home sales consultants.
• Log calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM daily.
• Provide a warm, professional first impression on every interaction.
• Follow script and participate in weekly coaching.
