Nelson Exteriors is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead the front door of our Atlanta-area exterior remodeling company. You will coach a small CSR team, personally handle calls, and drive inbound/outbound activities to fill the sales calendar.

You will own script adherence, lead intake, and appointment setting for the in-home sales team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This in‑office role sits in Marietta, GA.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a call center, phone-based sales, or customer-service environment, with 1+ year leading or coaching a team.
• Proven ability to set appointments or convert leads over the phone and to teach others to do it.
• Comfortable carrying a call load daily; this is a player-coach role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the CSR team (2–3 CSRs, growing); set expectations and monitor call quality.
• Personally handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups; model the script and tone on live calls.
• Own lead intake and appointment setting; ensure timely follow-up and clean handoffs to sales team.
• Enforce script adherence and coach CSRs on rapport, objections, and appointment setting.
• Track and report metrics: call volume, speed-to-lead, set rate, demo rate, and utilization.
