Job summary

Geotech Engineering and Testing is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the in-office business development team in managing existing clients and acquiring new ones. The role requires 45 hours per week and evening or Saturday meetings as needed.

You will initiate calls, prepare project proposals, and maintain client databases, while representing the firm in meetings with clientele and supporting RFQ responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and/or customer service.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to existing and potential clients.
• Prepare proposals for new projects.
• Generate leads for the Business Development team.
• Update and maintain contact databases.
• Attend meetings and functions with clientele as needed.
• Assist with writing proposals and RFQs.
• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Work 45 hours per week.
