Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative 1 for our Bowling Green, OH location. This 100% in-office role focuses on accurately processing transactions, providing outstanding service, and identifying referral opportunities to meet customer needs.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will balance cash drawers, adhere to security procedures, and contribute to a positive banking center environment. Prior cash handling or CSR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process transactions in line with Bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify referral opportunities and direct customers to appropriate products or services.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance per procedures.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in outbound calls and support banking center needs as required.
• Develop working knowledge of WesBanco products and services.
