Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Teller) to work 100% in-office at our James Way location in Marion, OH. You will deliver exceptional customer service, open accounts, process transactions, and promote bank products while building strong customer relationships.

In this role you’ll perform outbound onboarding calls, seek referrals with internal partners, and adhere to bank policies and security measures. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and referrals.
• Strong communication skills to explain products and services clearly, in writing and orally.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to partners for opportunities.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with balancing procedures.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting Retail customers.
