Gorilla Circuits, a leading PCB manufacturer, seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in California. You will manage collections, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate ledgers while providing excellent customer service and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in corporate collections or similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively collect outstanding receivables via written and oral communication.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Process and record debit and credit transactions.
• Maintain records of payments and account statuses.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep AR ledgers up to date.
• Post payments (ACH, wire) and refunds.
• Generate reports for internal use on request.
• Resolve billing issues and prevent delinquency with timely service.
