Job summary

F5 is seeking an Events Specialist to lead planning, production, and end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing events, conferences, and major industry trade shows with a focus on AI-centric events.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative Services, and Sales to drive engagement and pipeline growth, traveling as needed to deliver world-class experiences for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning and project management, preferably within an enterprise B2B technology or SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Uptempo; familiarity with event registration and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Project Management: plan and execute large-scale events, trade shows, and customer experiences from inception to wrap-up.
• Timeline & Financial Governance: manage detailed project plans, budgets, and expense tracking with fiscal governance.
