Together AI is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to drive key conferences, tradeshows, and flagship events, aligning brand, product, and partner sponsorships across teams. You will own logistics, sponsorships, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies.

You will travel up to 30–40% as events require, and work with a fast-paced, growth-focused team to generate demand and strengthen customer relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing or related B2B marketing role.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing in-person events.
• Strong project management and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute workstreams for major conferences and tradeshows.
• Coordinate customer and prospect meetings and executive engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Support pre-event promotion, lead capture, post-event follow-up, and reporting.
• Own sponsorship programs for flagship events and manage timelines.
