HappyRobot is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive the US conference strategy and events. You will partner with our events team, sales leaders, and a cross‑functional marketing crew to connect with customers and prospects and nurture pipeline at major industry shows.

In this role you will manage deadlines, coordinate booth materials, handle logistics, and optimize on-site programs. You will evaluate conferences, secure sponsorships, and ensure seamless lead capture to accelerate revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field marketing and event management experience.
• Hands-on experience with major trade show vendors and general contractors.
• Proficient in Salesforce for lead capture, imports, and campaign tracking.
• Figma familiarity to collaborate on booth graphics and collateral.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage high event volumes.

Responsabilités

• Manage all trade show and conference deadlines, coordinate booth materials, and oversee shipping/logistics.
• Organize, prep, and manage on-site schedules for the sales team and attending executives.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend the best industry conferences across target verticals.
• Secure, handle, and optimize event sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
• Ensure seamless lead capture and partner with revenue teams to track pipeline impact.
