You will orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage budgets (Uptempo), and guide stakeholders with decisive judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning and project management, preferably within an enterprise B2B technology or SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Uptempo and enterprise event platforms.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-day marketing events, large trade show presence, and cross-functional campaigns.
• Experience in RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and directing agencies/production teams.
• Willingness to travel ~20–30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Project Management: lead planning and execution of large-scale marketing events, trade shows, and experiences from inception to wrap-up.
• Timeline & Financial Governance: develop detailed project plans, keep budgets in Uptempo, manage spend and reconciliations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: work with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative Services, and Sales to craft themes and campaigns.
• Vendor & Production Management: source, negotiate, and manage vendors and agencies for exhibit production, AV, and venues.
• Sponsorship & Expo Execution: manage booth properties, demos, partner deliverables, and on-site installations.
• Lead Tracking & ROI: set on-site lead protocols and analyze ROI and pipeline impact.
• Perform other related duties as required.
