You will translate marketing strategy into live, digital, and hybrid experiences that boost brand visibility and accelerate the sales pipeline. Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning and project management, preferably in enterprise B2B tech or SaaS.
• Experience leading multi-day events, large trade show booths, and cross-functional campaigns.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo, Uptempo and event tech platforms.

• End-to-End Event Project Management: lead planning and execution of large-scale events from inception to wrap-up.
• Timeline & Financial Governance: manage detailed plans, budgets, PO tracking, accruals and reconciliations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, and Sales.
• Vendor & Production Management: source and manage exhibit builders, AV/staging, venues, caterers, and transport.
• Sponsorship & Expo Execution: oversee booth properties, demos, partner deliverables, on-site installations.
• Lead Tracking & ROI Reporting: set up on-site lead protocols; analyze attendance and pipeline impact.
