F5 Networks, Inc is seeking an Events Specialist in Seattle, WA or San Jose, CA with in-office attendance. You will lead planning and execution of high-impact marketing events, focusing on AI-centric experiences to boost brand visibility and sales pipeline.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative Services, and Sales, and involves managing budgets, vendors, and on-site operations while delivering world-class events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning and project management, preferably within an enterprise B2B technology or SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Uptempo, plus enterprise event registration and attendee apps.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Event Project Management: Plan and execute large-scale marketing events, trade shows, and experiences from inception through post-event wrap-up.
• Timeline & Financial Governance: Maintain detailed project plans and budgets in Uptempo; track spend and reconciliations.
