DebtBlue in Richardson, TX is hiring Account Executives to join our high-energy sales floor. You will close deals, build relationships, and drive outbound activity on a full-throttle team. Base salary is $30,000 paid biweekly, with uncapped commissions and a tiered monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Comfortable working a six-day week, including Saturdays, with variable shift start/end times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own your number. Make 75–200 outbound dials a day and 5+ hours of live talk time.
• Beat the baseline. Close at least 1 new deal per day; top producers earn $120,000+ with uncapped commission + tiered bonus.
• Run the process using DebtBlue's defined sales methodology and scripting.
• Get coached and improve with Sales development Tuesday–Friday.
