DebtBlue, LLC in Richardson, TX is hiring Client Success Associates to build relationships, support customers, and resolve issues on a fast-paced call floor.

You will handle high-volume client interactions, use the CRM system, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely solutions. This in-office, full-time role offers hourly pay of $16–$17 plus commissions and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Has the ability to listen, understand a problem, and provide a solution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate a thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options with a consultative tone.
• Handle a high-volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
• Professionally handle incoming client requests, collaborating with Senior Client Success Representatives and Supervisors as needed to resolve client issues immediately.
• Utilize the CRM system to assign, complete, and notate tasks with accurate and complete information.
• Have an empathetic and client-first mindset in all interactions.
