Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role with A/R and A/P
• Oracle NetSuite experience preferred
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred
• Credit card reconciliation experience required
• Expertise in GAAP accounting
• Knowledgeable of ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent English written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of financial data by recording, verifying, and entering transactions
• Manage full cycle of A/P and A/R including invoicing, billing, and vendor payments
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, merchant, and credit card statements
• Monitor and validate cash receipts and disbursements
• Generate and process invoices, expense reports, investigator payments, and card transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client issues
• Support various accounting and finance projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct
• Foster collaboration with department heads and staff
• Communicate clearly and report facts professionally
• Manage personal workflow and escalate issues as needed
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality
