Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Account Development Specialist for the Miami area to lead the sales strategy for an assigned portfolio in a targeted account base. The role emphasizes sell-in of key brands and sell-out through educator-led activations and in-market events.

The candidate will be the beverage expert for supplier accounts, develop plans with marketing teams, and ensure distribution and category growth through hands-on training and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience
• 3–5 years in sales or industry-related experience in category-specific roles
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for assigned portfolio and base; spend 80% in market
• Present products and beverage offerings; conduct monthly business reviews
• Plan high-end consumer activations in key accounts and develop category strategies
• Lead training for sales teams and customers on trends, products, and POS needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; coordinate cross-functionally
• Attend educational workshops; pursue advanced certifications for the brand/product line
