Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Account Development Specialist to lead a targeted account portfolio, drive revenue and market share, and deliver brand activations in-market. You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders and act as the expert consultant for assigned suppliers and categories.

Responsibilities include presenting products, planning consumer activations, training the sales team, and delivering real-time market insights to fuel growth across on-premise and retail channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• CSS Certification or WSET Spirits Level 2 preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities; customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for assigned portfolio in base of accounts.
• Present products and conduct monthly business reviews with customers.
• Plan high-end consumer activations and in-store/menu placements.
• Develop training modules for the sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with on-premise/retail teams to drive growth in categories.
