You will run disciplined interview loops, maintain Ashby data hygiene, and represent the company at industry events to attract top-tier talent in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting across AI/ML, software, hardware manufacturing and operations.
• Closing senior engineers against competing offers with equity, risk and conviction.
• Technical literacy across AI/ML, AI silicon, and custom ASIC development.
• Advanced fluency in Ashby (or comparable ATS) for tracking, reporting, and process automation.
• Operational excellence in a scaling startup with low ego and ambiguity tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end across AI/ML, silicon and ASIC, and software roles from intake through close, flexing to G&A searches as priorities shift.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier talent across AI research, unconventional silicon architecture, design verification, and systems software.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across engineering, research, and business functions, aligning on candidate qualifications and calibration.
• Process Discipline: Run the WHO Method for talent calibration and maintain high-efficiency interview loops with 4–5 rounds.
• ATS Ownership: Maintain impeccable data hygiene and pipeline flow in Ashby.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Normal Computing at industry events like DAC to engage specialized candidates.
