Job summary

Normal Computing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for AI/ML, software, and silicon hardware roles, plus G&A as priorities shift. You will partner directly with hiring managers and source candidates who aren’t actively looking, shaping a scalable hiring process to support chip tapes-out and timely deployments.

You will leverage Ashby to maintain clean data, run efficient interview loops, and close senior engineers by articulating equity, risk, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting across AI/ML, software, or semiconductor roles.
• Track record of closing senior engineers against competing offers.
• Technical literacy across AI/ML, AI silicon, and ASIC development.
• Fluency in Ashby for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Operational excellence with high-volume startup recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, software, silicon hardware, and G&A roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on qualifications and benchmarks.
• Maintain efficient interview loops with 4–5 rounds maximum.
