Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based operating systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and e-mail support to customers.
• Log and update RMA in SAP.
• Assist in tasks related to ISO compliance.
• Provide on-site service as required.
