• Valid driver’s license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and engineer support.
• Conduct in-house repair of spectrometers and accessories.
• Maintain and update customer data in SAP.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests on time.
• Prepare expense reports, book travel and process service reports.
