Bruker is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, inspect, repair, and maintain X-ray spectrometers at customer sites in the US. The role requires extensive travel (75%+), strong electronics background, and hands-on servicing of Bruker S8/S2 series instruments.

Qualifications

• AA degree in electronics or equivalent experience is required.
• Three years of service experience installing and repairing complex electronic systems preferred.
• Military electronics training is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install analytical x-ray equipment at customer sites.
• Analyze and repair malfunctioning equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports detailing job activities with accuracy.
• Travel to customer locations 75% or more.
• Support and train field service personnel as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bruker products and changes.
