Job summary

PDS Health in Irving, TX seeks a Corporate Counsel, Real Estate to support our real estate operations. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Real Estate and collaborates with Site Development, operations and other business teams to deliver legal, administrative and related support.

You will draft and negotiate leases and commercial agreements, manage real estate transactions, prepare documents, and help mitigate legal risks while maintaining deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA accredited law school with bar admission.
• 5+ years of experience in a large corporate setting (in-house preferred).
• Significant experience with commercial lease transactions and contract administration.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial leases and corporate instruments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, manage and advise on commercial leases, SNDAs, amendments, and related agreements.
• Manage real estate transactions coordinating Site Development and operations.
• Prepare legal documents for Real Estate review and approval.
• Maintain deadlines and generate status reports.
• Interact with management and outside counsel; support external firms as needed.
