Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to support our commercial real estate services businesses. You will provide legal advice, negotiate and draft contracts, manage risk, and review internal shared services documentation such as leases and procurement agreements.

You will collaborate with service line professionals, work across multiple locations, and help ensure alignment with objectives and service level agreements.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and in good standing with a State Bar.
• 3 to 8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house within commercial real estate.
• In-house CRE experience is preferred but not required; strong drafting/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to multiple Colliers service lines, resolving matters with sound judgement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to professionals to help achieve goals.
• Review internal shared services documentation, including leases and procurement agreements.
• Support senior lawyers and leadership with research and projects as needed.
• Develop collaborative relationships to ensure understanding of objectives and SLAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
