Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and in setting treatment goals and plans.
• Carry out treatment plans including mobility, strength, gait, and modalities.
• Document compliant and medically necessary CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems.
