Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Temple, Oklahoma. The role supports the Physical Therapist in delivering services, conducting screenings, and implementing treatment plans within CMS guidelines.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in physical therapy and an active PTA license in the state(s) of practice. This is a full-time position with benefits based on status.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Perform screenings to determine need for intervention and treatment.
• Assist in developing target lists with goals and treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group treatments focusing on mobility, strength, gait, and ROM.
• Monitor resident response and modify interventions in consultation with the PT.
