Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and develop treatment plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Help in establishing and adjusting resident schedules for therapy.
• Deliver individual and group treatments per the treatment plan.
• Assist in selecting techniques and modalities with consultation from the PT.
• Monitor residents' responses and discuss modifications with the PT.
• Participate in resident, family, and staff education.
• Complete CMS-compliant and medically necessary documentation in NetHealth EMR.
