CareOne is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its East Brunswick, NJ facility. This in-house rehab role focuses on collaborative, patient-centered care within a multi-state network. You will work closely with nursing and clinical staff to deliver high-quality rehab services.

Position requires a Master’s in OT and active OT license in the state. We offer part-time and full-time paths with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT and active OT license in the state of operation.
• Prefer experience with older adult rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of governmental/regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident rehabilitation care following accepted methods and standards.
• Evaluate resident needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
