Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitation care following accepted practice methods and standards.
• Implements treatment plans as outlined by supervising therapist.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation to meet requirements.
• Travel to other facilities for services as needed.
