CareOne in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff to deliver resident care at the highest level, with consistency and stability versus agency staffing.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations.
• Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care within general practice methods meeting standards.
• Evaluates residents and establishes effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Screens residents according to schedules and practices.
• Provides feedback to the supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participates in center directed processes and services.
• Performs clinical documentation to meet requirements.
• Maintains billing records to meet requirements.
• Participates in in-service training.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services.
