CareOne is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team in Holmdel, NJ. You will work closely with nurses and clinicians to deliver care that aligns with approved treatment plans and patient goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in older adult rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehab care following established plans.
• Implements treatment plans per supervising therapist.
• Maintains clinical documentation to meet standards.
• Travel to other facilities for services as needed.
