Job summary

CareOne in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-level resident rehabilitation within our in-house team. You will collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff, ensuring consistent care without agency rotation and contributing to a broad multi-state network.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active NJ license. Prior experience with older adults and regulatory guidelines is preferred; opportunities for travel to sister

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations.
• Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care per accepted practice methods.
• Evaluates residents and creates effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Participates in screening residents according to schedules.
• Provides feedback to supervisor on clinical issues.
• Performs clinical documentation to meet requirements.
• Maintains billing records.
• May travel to other facilities for services as needed.
