CareOne is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team in Westwood, NJ. You will provide high-level care to residents, collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff, and contribute to consistent, stable rehab delivery within a large multi-state network.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations.
• Prefer experience in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care per accepted practices and standards.
• Evaluates residents and creates effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
