Job summary

CareOne in Bound Brook, NJ, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. The OT will provide high-level care to residents, maintain comprehensive documentation, and may travel to other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OT license required.
• Prefer experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental/regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care following accepted methods and standards.
• Evaluates residents and creates effective treatment plans.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
• Screens residents according to schedules and practices.
• Provides feedback to supervisor on clinical issues and participates in center processes.
• Performs clinical documentation to meet regulatory requirements and maintains billing records.
• Participates in in-service trainings and may travel to other facilities to provide services.
