Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager in Oceanside, CA to oversee the daily operations of the In-House Marketing Team.

You will assist in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and performance management of associates to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities include direct supervision, reporting on penetration and show factors, coordinating with sales on tour seats, maintaining invitations and tour manifests, and managing supplies.

Qualifications

• Two years marketing experience in vacation ownership.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to coach, supervise, and develop associates.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervise In-House Marketing staff; interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Generate and review daily/weekly reports on marketing penetration and show factors.
• Coordinate with Sales on tour seats, flow, and policy changes.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status and bookings issues; manage supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
